Welcome to Greenock Chamber of Commerce website, designed to introduce you to our enterprising services and activities, and to our members.
Greenock Chamber has been the influential voice of business in Inverclyde since we received our Royal Charter in 1813. Today, we provide valuable services along with a wide range of initiatives and activities to businesses of all sizes that represent the backbone of the Inverclyde business community.
Our Board of Directors and Executive Administrator work vigorously to improve the business climate and consequently the quality of living for residents, workers and visitors to the area. Ensuring that local business interests are openly represented, we have formed key alliances with business leaders, trade associations, government agencies, enterprise bodies and sister chambers. We consult regularly with our members and work pro-actively with Scottish Government, Westminster, Inverclyde Council and Scottish Chambers of Commerce, to ensure that the issues driving economic activity and growth, and any barriers threatening our national and global competitiveness, are prioritised on the political agenda.
